Firstly soak Moong Dal for half an hour to 1 hour, drain off the excess water in a strainer.
Further more leave for some time, so that all water fades away.
Now keep aside, grated carrot, coconut, chilli, and half lemon.
In a mixing bowl add strained moong dal , carrot, coconut, chilli and coconut mix well.
Further more add coriander leaves mix well .
Just before serving, add salt , lemon juice mix well.
In a small pan heat the oil, and crackle mustard seeds, urad dal fry until it turns red.
Next add hing and Curry leaves fry for few more seconds.
Add seasoning to the mixed salad and mix it nicely.
Finally serve it with plain rice or you can eat plain.
